It doesn’t matter how big the boulder is or how often the routes are changed. Regardless of your skill level, if you climb frequently, you’ll eventually hit a plateau. You’ve already climbed what you could, and while there may still be a chance to send some of the harder problems, repeating them endlessly won’t lead to effective training. If your gym doesn’t have a spraywall or a system board, there are still several ways to diversify your training. For instance, you can add or remove footholds. Another option is to make your training more engaging by repeating boulders. Even if you’re focused solely on bouldering, it’s crucial to work on building power endurance.
